COVEN IS OPEN TO WALK IN CUSTOMERS AS OF WEDNESDAY, 17 JUNE. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR OUR STRICTLY ENFORCED PROTOCOLS.
1: Only one person / household group will be allowed in the store at a time, customers will be asked to wait outside the store until the person/group leaves. Groups cannot exceed 4 people & you are encouraged to send just one person from your group if possible.
2: No one will be allowed in the store unless they are wearing a face mask, in addition we have installed a hand sanitizer station next to the door and we are asking everyone to sanitize their hands upon entering. if you have a medical condition that renders you unable to wear a mask, we have sanitized clear face shields for you to wear for the duration of your shopping experience, please notify our staff so we can get one for you. if you cannot or will not wear a clear face shield, we have curbside pickup every monday & thursday and home delivery every tuesday available for you to utilize. both services are contactless and will help you get all of our products without needing to wear a mask.
3: reusable bags are permitted, but our staff cannot pack it for you and we ask that you do not use them as a shopping basket, only to put your groceries in after you have paid.
4: we encourage customers to only touch the products they plan on buying.
5: DO NOT COME IF YOU ARE SICK OR ARE SHOWING ANY SYMPTOMS OF BEING SICK. Please, even with a mask, do not come in. Utilize our curbside pickup or home delivery options.
HOME DELIVERY - AVAILABLE EVERY TUESDAY

STEP 3: Put Delivery Order for [Today's Date] in the Subject Line
STEP 4: At the top of your email put your full name, full address, and phone number.
STEP 5: List the items you are ordering, including brand name, quantity, and flavour/type (if applicable). We can only do a max quantity of 4 per item.
STEP 6: We will get your e-mail, pull the items from the shelves, pack it, and send you an e-mail back with your total and e-transfer instructions. The total will include a $10 delivery fee which goes directly to your driver for their gas and time!
STEP 7: Send us an e-transfer for the amount we sent you, then sit back and wait for our driver to call you letting you know your food is at your front door! We dispatch deliveries around 3pm and it will arrive by 6pm.

There is metered street parking on Barton Street in front of the store, and free parking all along Sherman street.

We do not do any mailing, and do not have any plans to do so.
Do you do delivery?
We deliver within Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Waterdown, Dundas, & Ancaster on Tuesdays. Please look at the top of the page for full instructions on how to place your order. Deliveries are $10 flat fee and have no minimum. We do not deliver outside the afformentioned regions.
May I order a full cake?
Absolutely! As long as we have 48hrs notice (more is preferable but 48hrs will do!) We can make any of the cakes listed below for you as a 9", two layered cake. Call or come in to place your order!

Absolutely! As long as we have 48hrs notice (more is preferable but 48hrs will do!) We can make any of the pies listed below for you:
Lemon Meringue, Apple, Blueberry, Strawberry Rhubarb (seasonal), Peach, Pecan, Coconut Cream

Lots of the deli & savoury options we make are gluten free, as well as a large amount of our groceries. We also do 9" Gluten Free Pies, as well as 9", two layered Vanilla, Chocolate, & Tiramisu cakes gluten free with 48hrs or more notice, please call the store to order. We offer a gluten free cake slice daily in our bakery fridge.
Do you have anything soy free?
Lots of the deli & savoury options we make are soy free, as well as a large amount of our groceries. None of our daily baked goods are Soy Free.
Do you take credit / debit?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Interac Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay & cash. We love cash most of all. Our Curbside Pickup & Home Delivery are e-transfer only.

Can you sell me full cases of beyond meat products?
Yep! Send an e-transfer to sendcovenmoney@gmail.com for the total amount of your order, and in the memo line include your full name, phone number, and order (for example, CHUCK NORRIS, 905-6664206, 1x4oz,1xBrat). No password will be required. Send the e-transfer by 12 noon on thursday and you can pick it up on that Saturday! Saturday is our only pickup day, so if you can't make it it will be available the following saturday.
